The Juniper School

Can EdChoice be used at The Juniper School?

The Juniper School is listed in Ohio's state school directory (OEDS) as a chartered nonpublic school, IRN 021241. That is the school type that can enroll EdChoice and EdChoice Expansion students. For 2026-27 the maximum is $6,166 for grades K-8, paid to the school toward tuition. Schools register separately as scholarship providers, so ask the admissions office whether it is accepting EdChoice students for your child's grade.

Independent schools set their own need-based aid. The Ohio Association of Independent Schools runs a certified SGO, and the state scholarship applies here on the same terms as at a religious school when the school is chartered.

What should we ask The Juniper School before enrolling?

1. Are you accepting EdChoice or EdChoice Expansion students for my child's grade in 2026-27?
2. What is tuition after the scholarship, and which fees (registration, books, technology, uniforms) are billed separately?
3. What need-based aid, sibling or congregation pricing do you offer, and which SGO, if any, funds scholarships here?
4. Will you file our scholarship application now, and what documents do you need from us?
